Hidden Tokyo

Hidden Tokyo is a YouTube channel created by Samm Bennett to document various aspects of life in (and occasionally around) Tokyo. Although there are some performance videos here and there at the channel (such as poet Frank Spignese or improvising music groups like Pouring High Water) the main focus of the channel is to present a little slice of Tokyo life: some ramen shop chefs hard at work behind the restaurant counter, a Buddhist monk chanting on a busy sidewalk, throngs of commuters moving through the rail stations... just ordinary aspects of life in the sprawling megalopolis.
