I'm very happy to announce that percussion trio The Metaphors is becoming active again. Our recent show in Yokohama went off perfectly, as if we hadn't taken a several years long break!

Dance to the rollicking grooves, tap your toe, listen while smiling and nodding approvingly, whatever works for you. We'll be bringing you gems from the New Orleans R&B repertoire, like Tipitina, Basin Street Blues, Iko Iko, Working in the Coal Mine, and many many more, as well as various other numbers, covers and originals, with that New Orleans second-line flavor. And on that last point, we've got several brand new additions to the ever-expanding repertoire to lay on you Sunday night. Don'tcha miss it!
