I'll be playing a solo set: three other bands on the bill, and the proceeds go to aid relief in the Tohoku region. So come on down to WHAT THE DICKENS, where the Bass and Guinness and Kilkenny are on tap. Yum!

the Barrelhouse in Ikebukuro to catch the LAST SMOKE BENDERS CONCERT OF THE YEAR! (Actually, there's nothing
booked for January yet, so it might be the last for a coupla months at least...)
NOTE: early START time is 6 pm. Yup, 18:00 start, and keep in mind that there's very satisfying hot food available at Barrelhouse.
So feel free to chow down while you drink and dig our music. That's right! We are not effete art snobs! We're happy to play for people chowing down! We really like playing at the Barrelhouse (it was the scene of the very first Smoke Benders gig), it always feels like a party. Fun and relaxed.

Inoue Tsuneyasu is visiting from Yamaguchi.
Should be a fun trio, some new sounds and sonic relationships!

Directions: take exit 3B from the Waseda metro station (Tozai line), and turn right out of the station exit. Go to the next big intersection, turn left (there's a huge red temple gate there, and a koban - you should walk on the same side of the street as the koban) It's just up the hill from there, on your right, across from Waseda University campus. It's about a three-minute walk from the station.
